Ingredients:

  • 6 slices bacon, fried until crisp and finely chopped
  • 2 (8 tbsp.) heads of broccoli
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced ​​into half rings
  • 2/3 tbsp. coarsely grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.

1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

    Step 1
  • Separate the broccoli into florets. Blanch in boiling salted water until slightly softened, about 20 seconds. Place in a bowl of ice. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Mix all remaining ingredients well. Add broccoli. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
