Place the bacon strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes.

Mix 170 grams of ground beef with a large pinch of salt. Roll into a ball, then into a patty. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat; sprinkle the pan with salt to season.

Cook the patty for 4 to 5 minutes per side; top with 2 slices of cheddar for the last minute of cooking (the cheese should be melted). Serve on a sesame seed bun with bacon.
