The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 6 dessert spoons of thick peanut butter
  • 900 g of ground beef
  • 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
  • 6 soft hamburger buns, cut into halves
  • Lettuce leaves, sliced ​​tomato and mayonnaise
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Heat peanut butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes, then reduce heat and keep warm.
  2. Prepare hamburger patties: Divide the ground beef into 6 portions, roll into balls, then form into patties. Place the patties in a cast-iron skillet, press down with a spatula, and season with salt and pepper. Fry on each side for approximately 4-5 minutes.

  3. Prepare hamburgers: Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, fry the buns in butter, pressing each one with a spatula, until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter. Place the patties on the bottom halves of the buns, spread with 1 dessert spoon of warm peanut butter, top with a tomato, top with a lettuce leaf, and trim the edges. Spread each top half of the bun generously with mayonnaise.
