This super-juicy, thick burger combines the sweetness of pineapple, typical of Hawaiian cuisine, with the heat of jalapeño peppers. It features two patties: a beef patty topped with melty provolone cheese, and a crispy bacon patty also topped with melty cheese. There's no shortage of vibrant flavors!

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Make hot Hawaiian sauceCombine pickled jalapeños, pineapple, and barbecue sauce in a bowl.
Place the bacon in a large saucepan and cover with water. Cook until most of the fat has rendered, about 45 minutes. Drain the bacon. Preheat a grill or frying pan, then form the bacon into 4 patties and fry until crisp. - Divide the ground beef into 4 patties.
