This classic burger gets a special twist in the final stages of cooking with the addition of Huntsman cheese, which melts and coats the juicy beef patty. This recipe is also suitable for grilling. Huntsman is an English cheese made from alternating layers of Double Gloucester and Stilton, creating a vibrant flavor combination of aged cheese and blue cheese.

Lightly toss 170g of ground chuck beef with a generous pinch of coarse salt. Form into a ball, then into a 2cm thick patty. Make a well in the center. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and sprinkle with salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Add 2 thick slices of Huntsman cheese during the last minute of cooking. Serve on toasted bread. English muffin.
