Creamy burger with onions - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 450 g of ground beef
  • 200 g butter, room temperature
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 6 soft hamburger buns, cut into two parts
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Prepare the filling: Lightly fry the onion in 2 tablespoons (30 g) of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in 1/3 cup of water, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the fried onion to a separate bowl and scrape off any excess fat from the pan.
  2. Prepare hamburger patties: Divide the ground beef into 6 portions, roll into balls, then form into thin patties. Place the patties in a separate hot frying pan, press down with a spatula, and season with salt and pepper. Fry until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

  3. Prepare the hamburgers: Meanwhile, fry the buns in butter in a frying pan on the inside and place them on a plate. Place the patties on the bottom halves of the buns and sprinkle with fried onions. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  4. Before serving, cut the burgers in half and drizzle with warm butter, serve hot.
