Make a juicy burger filled with the amazing flavor of Asian stir-fry. The secret is a thick Asian sauce, slathered onto the beef patty a few minutes before it's ready to eat. Spread the remaining sauce on the buns when assembling the burger, top the patty with your choice of toppings (like lettuce, tomato, or red onion), and enjoy!

Recipes with similar ingredients: ground beef, hamburger buns, lettuce, tomatoes, ginger root, hoisin sauce
Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the ginger and garlic and cook until softened, about 2 minutes. Add the hoisin sauce, ketchup, sherry, soy sauce, and sesame oil and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Mix the ground beef with the cilantro, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Form into four patties, 2 cm thick and about 11 cm in diameter.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties, turning once, for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, brushing them with a little sauce a few minutes before they're done.
- Serve the patties on buns with the remaining sauce, lettuce and tomatoes, if using, and pickles and French fries on the side.
