Fry juicy beef patties with garlic, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce for a rich flavor, top with a slice of Swiss cheese for melting, and assemble these hearty burgers with lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing. Ingredients:

  • 1.1 kg of ground beef neck
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 2.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 multigrain burger buns
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2-3 tomatoes, cut into slices
  • Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Salt the ground beef and let it rest.:

    In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and garlic together, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Form into 6 equal patties and drizzle with oil on both sides. Let rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Step 2
  • Fry the burgers:

    Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties until golden brown on the bottom, then flip and cook until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Add the cheese 1 minute before the end of the cooking time and let it melt. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Step 3
  • Top each patty with Swiss cheese. Cover loosely with foil and let rest for 5 minutes before assembling. Serve the patties on buns with lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch sauce.
