A detailed culinary recipe for a New Year's dish with photos.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour milk, mix
  • 1 serving 30 gr. ranch sauce
  • 450 g Cheddar cheese, grated, leave at room temperature
  • 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • Crackers or pretzel-shaped chips, for serving
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • In a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour milk, and ranch dressing until smooth. Add the Cheddar cheese and continue mixing.
  • Step 2
  • Gather the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it in the freezer to set for 30 minutes. Now the dough is easier to work with and can be shaped into any desired form. Roll it into a log.
  • Step 3
  • Spread the crushed nuts on a baking sheet or a sheet of parchment paper. Use the surface of the roll to gather all the nuts. Place on a serving platter and smooth it out to form a log. Place crackers or chips nearby, depending on whether your guests will be spreading the spread on crackers or scooping it up.
