Snack cheese log with herbs and nuts

Make a simple, yet delicious and vibrant goat cheese appetizer to offer to guests while they wait for the main course. Roll one goat cheese cylinder in chopped dill, and the other in a mixture of chopped pistachios and cranberries. Serve with crackers for spreading. This red, white, and green treat will look very symbolic on the Christmas table.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 2 packages of fresh goat cheese (110 g each)
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 1.5 tbsp finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1.5 tbsp finely chopped shelled pistachios
- Crackers, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the goat cheese packages in the freezer to firm up slightly, about 15 minutes.
- Spread the dill on a cutting board to dry for a few minutes. Mix the cranberries and pistachios on another cutting board.
- Remove the goat cheese logs from the freezer and unpack them. Gently roll one log in the dill, coating it almost completely. Repeat with the second log, rolling it in cranberries and pistachios. Wrap the cheese in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
