Recipe for a salad with melon and herbs, served on lettuce leaves.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 300 g melon pulp
  • Big Wine Apple
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons each of chopped green basil and parsley
  • A spoon of chopped green mint
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of white table wine
  • Half a cup of chopped walnuts

For salad dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • Lemon juice
  • Grated lemon zest
  • Salt, white pepper, sugar
  • 34 green salad leaf

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Mix the dressing ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate.
  2. Thinly slice the peeled apple and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour wine over the washed raisins, and thinly slice the washed and dried melon. Mix the melon with the apple, raisins, half the nuts, and chopped herbs. Pour the sauce over the mixture, mix thoroughly, and cool slightly.

  3. Before serving, place the fruit mixture in a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves and sprinkle with the remaining herbs and nuts.
