A festive salad with mayonnaise, consisting of boiled chicken liver with tomatoes and olives.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver 500 – 530 grams
  • Fresh tomato 300 – 330 grams
  • Sweet pepper 80 – 100 grams
  • Three chicken eggs
  • Olives, pitted 100–110 grams
  • Mayonnaise and spices
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Boil the washed chicken livers in salted water, let them cool, and dice them. Wash and dice the peppers and tomatoes. Boil the eggs, peel them, and dice them into small cubes. Halve the olives. Mix all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise. Add spices and pepper if desired. Sprinkle the salad with herbs or sesame seeds before serving.
