An air fryer can transform frozen chicken breast fillets into juicy, golden-brown pieces in minutes. Rub the breasts, still defrosted, with olive oil, salt, and black pepper and place them in the air fryer. You can even place two breast fillets, but make sure they don't touch. Perfect for a spontaneous meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece frozen chicken breast fillet (about 170 g)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Special equipment: air grill with a capacity of 3.5 liters.
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (193°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with 0.5 teaspoon coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook until a thermometer inserted into the center of the breast registers 165°F (74°C), about 18-20 minutes.
