Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cut 2 sheets of parchment paper to fit into the 3.5-liter air fryer basket without hanging over the edges, and set aside. Preheat the air fryer to 175°C.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Add the dry pancake mix and sugar and mix until smooth. The batter should be the consistency of thick biscuit dough, enough to coat the cookies and hold their shape.
