These miniature quiches are made from store-bought puff pastry tartlets, filled with sliced sausage, grated cheese, and a beaten egg with cream. They're then baked in an air fryer to set the filling and crisp up the crust. They're perfect for appetizers at house parties, but you can also assemble the mini quiches and freeze them for a quick air fryer toss in the morning for a delicious breakfast.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat a 6-liter air fryer to 160°C. Line the air fryer basket with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Arrange the phyllo tartlets in an even layer. Spread the chorizo, green onions, and cheese evenly among them.
- Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper; pour into the tartlets. Cook until the eggs are set, 5 to 7 minutes.
