An air fryer helps you cook super-crispy Brussels sprouts with minimal olive oil. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a serving dish, immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to melt, and drizzle with lemon juice for a richer flavor. Even those who haven't previously enjoyed Brussels sprouts will appreciate this side dish!

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- Special equipment: air grill with a capacity of 3.5 liters.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Trim the Brussels sprouts, cut them into quarters, and toss them in a large bowl with olive oil and 2 teaspoons of salt. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (195°C) for 5 minutes. Transfer the sprouts to the air fryer and cook, stirring once, until well-browned and crisp, about 18 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving platter and toss with Parmesan and lemon zest.
