Brussels sprouts usually soak up oil like a sponge when baked or fried, but not in an air fryer! Just 1 tablespoon of olive oil gives Brussels sprouts an incredibly crispy exterior. Perfect for anyone looking to eat healthily. Immediately sprinkle the cooked Brussels sprouts with grated Parmesan cheese to melt them, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar – a great side dish for both everyday use and special occasions.
