Homemade gluten-free croutons will add a delightful crunch to your salads and soups, and they're much quicker and easier to prepare in an air fryer than in the oven. Take your favorite gluten-free bread, cut it into cubes, drizzle with oil and season with some spices, then air fry until golden brown.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 220 g gluten-free bread (defrost if frozen), cut into 2 cm cubes (about 5 cups)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried sage, optional
- Special equipment: air grill with a capacity of 6 liters.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a large bowl, combine bread, oil, oregano, garlic, 3/4 teaspoon salt, a few grinds of black pepper, and sage, if using.
