An air fryer lets you cook delicious Asian-style fish with broccoli in minutes, without leaving a lingering fishy smell throughout the house. Salmon fillets are brushed with teriyaki sauce and ginger, placed in the air fryer on a bed of broccoli, and fried until done. You can use store-bought teriyaki sauce or make your own according to the recipe. The salmon turns out very juicy, covered with a delicious, glossy crust. Serve with broccoli and steamed rice.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a bowl, toss the broccoli with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to coat all the florets. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the broccoli to a 5.3-quart air fryer.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar (or 2 tablespoons of store-bought teriyaki sauce), cornstarch, and ginger. Brush the salmon fillets on all sides with the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then brush with the sauce. Place the salmon fillets, flesh side down, on top of the broccoli.
- Grill at 350°F (190°C) until the broccoli is tender and the salmon is cooked through, 10-12 minutes for medium to well-done, depending on the thickness of the fish fillet. Divide the salmon and broccoli among plates, garnish with green onions, and serve with rice.
