This delicious and healthy fish is easy to prepare. Fried coho salmon fillet will be on your plate in less than 15 minutes. Simply serve it with lettuce leaves, a drizzle of lemon juice, and enjoy! Perfect for a quick dinner after work or for a holiday meal.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 coho salmon fillets, 170g each, 3-3.5cm thick, remove bones
  • 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place a 25cm nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Brush each coho salmon fillet with vegetable oil and sprinkle with coarse salt and black pepper. Place the fillets in the pan, flesh side down. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Turn each fillet over and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Transfer the fish to a plate, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
