The salad consists of two types of sausage, cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperoncini peppers, and a dressing made with wine vinegar, vegetable oil, and oregano. In a bowl, combine 55g each of chopped soppressata, mortadella, and provolone cheese.

Add 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce, 1 cup crushed tomatoes, 1/2 thinly sliced ​​red onion, 1/2 cup crushed pepperoncini peppers, 1 tbsp each red wine vinegar and vegetable oil, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
