Unlike other similar recipes, these deviled eggs use only hard-boiled egg whites. They become the base for a delicious mascarpone cheese and crab filling. For a more vibrant flavor, stir in Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, and chopped celery. A perfect appetizer for any holiday or special occasion.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half, remove the yolks
- 110 g of crab meat in pieces
- Half a stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mascarpone, room temperature
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
