3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 300 g of ready-made cake (recipe cupcake)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup plain natural yogurt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup each chopped strawberries and mini marshmallows, 1/3 cup shredded coconut, and 1/2 cup each yogurt and whipped cream with a rubber spatula.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the licorice candies diagonally into small pieces. Add them to the strawberry mixture, cover, and refrigerate.

  3. Preheat the oven. Using a serrated knife, shape the cake into a loaf shape.

Make two longitudinal cuts on top, each approximately 2.5 cm deep, at a distance of 2.5 cm from each edge.

Carefully cut out the center strip. Place the cake on a baking sheet in the oven and bake, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.

Fill the cupcake with the strawberry mixture and spoon it on top. Serve with lemon marmalade.
