Lobster hot dog - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 450 g cooked lobster or shrimp meat, cut into 1 cm pieces.
  • 4 whole grain hot dog buns
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, celery, green onions, and lemon juice. Add the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool before cooking. Just before serving, open the hot dog buns and brush the insides with olive oil.

    Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and toast the bread, cut side down, for about 3 minutes. Top each bun with 0.75 cups of the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
