This adorable carrot cake comes together in no time. You don't even need carrots, and you don't even have to turn on the oven. Your basic ingredients are store-bought pound cake, frosting, food coloring, and gummy candies for decoration.


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen pound cake weighing 450 g
  • 1 jar of vanilla glaze weighing 450 g.
  • 24 drops of yellow food coloring
  • 6 drops of red food coloring
  • 4 cups orange jelly beans
  • 1 packet (140 g) of sour green gummy sticks
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Carrot Cake
    Cut off one short end of the cake, then cut a slice from each side.
  • Step 2

    Attach the slices to each other with frosting, turning them over to form a sharp triangle, and attach to the edge of the cupcake.

    Mix the remaining frosting with yellow and red food coloring. Spread over the cupcake.

    Press the beans into the glaze in tight rows.
