To transform this pre-made cake into a unique dessert, simply poke holes in the prepared cake, fill it with strawberry jelly, and let it set into delicious streaks. Ingredients:
- 1 package (500 g) strawberry cake mix
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. cognac
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package (90 g) of strawberry jelly
- Fresh strawberries, for decoration

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Mix the dough according to package instructions. Bake. Step 2
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, cognac, and sugar. Let it macerate for 20 minutes. Invert the cake and transfer it to a serving platter. Step 3
- Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Do not overwhip. Step 4
- Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions. Refrigerate, but don't let the mixture set; it should remain runny. Step 5
- Use a straw to poke holes all over the cake. Pour the jelly onto the cake and spread it out so it gets into the holes. Step 6
- Layer the cake with macerated strawberries. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the strawberries, creating beautiful swirls and ripples. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
