Devil's eggs with bacon

How to Make Deviled Eggs with Bacon
Time: 1 hour 10 min.
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 24 canapés

To ensure your guests are satisfied with your appetizers, use bacon (unless there are vegetarians among them, of course). Even such a popular appetizer as deviled eggs takes on a whole new meaning with bacon. The eggs are ground into a paste along with all the stuffing ingredients, and then the resulting mixture is piped from a pastry bag onto pieces of crispy fried bacon. It couldn't be simpler!

Ingredients:

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp relish
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • Hot sauce, for topping
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • Step 4
  • Transfer to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
  • Step 5
  • Spoon the egg mixture onto each piece of bacon and top with paprika and finely chopped chives.
