This hoagie sandwich offers an unrivaled combination of roast beef, turkey breast, and ham with fresh and marinated vegetables in a vinaigrette. It's delicious and filling—the perfect gourmet lunch on the go.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 hoagie bun, cut in half lengthwise
  • 0.5 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice Boar's Head Deluxe roast beef
  • 1 slice Boar's Head Ovengold turkey breast
  • 1 slice Boar's Head reduced-salt ham
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 circle of red onion
  • 2 rings of green bell pepper
  • 2 slices of pickled cucumber

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the cut bun on a clean work surface.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, and basil. Drizzle the vinegar mixture over the inside of the top half of the bun.

  3. On the bottom half, arrange the ingredients in the following order: lettuce, beef, turkey, ham, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and pickles. Top with the top half of the bun.
