- 2 tsp chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cheese sauce:
Combine 8 ounces of beer, chicken seasoning, and chipotle steak seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Gradually add the cheese; cook until the cheese is melted, adding more beer if the sauce is too thick. Keep the sauce warm. - Chicken:
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the onion and cook for 3-5 minutes. - Add the chicken, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned, 5-8 minutes. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and cook for another minute.
- Innings:
