  • 240-300 ml of beer
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle steak seasoning
  • 2 cups of grated processed cheese mixture

Chicken

  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 700 g thinly sliced ​​chicken breast
  • 1-2 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth, beer, or water

Sandwiches

  • 4 hoagie buns, split at the top
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cherry Pepper Relish

Chicken seasoning

  • 2 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Cheese sauce:

    Combine 8 ounces of beer, chicken seasoning, and chipotle steak seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Gradually add the cheese; cook until the cheese is melted, adding more beer if the sauce is too thick. Keep the sauce warm.
  2. Chicken:

    Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Add the chicken, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned, 5-8 minutes. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and cook for another minute.
  4. Innings:
