These rolls, he admits, are his favorite food, and he wanted to make something new with them. Jeffrey's sandwiches impressed the judges and earned him the win.

- Fry 4 wafflesPreheat a waffle iron to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Separate four Hawaiian rolls into a square, being careful not to separate them, and place them on a waffle iron. Close the waffle iron and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer the waffle to a plate. Repeat for the second sandwich. - Fried egg with broken yolk:
Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Crack 2 eggs and cook until the whites are almost set but still slightly translucent. Season with salt. After 3-4 minutes, mash the yolks with a spatula and cook for another minute. Flip and cook until the whites are completely set and the edges of the eggs are crisp, another minute. Meanwhile, place one slice of processed cheese on each egg. Let the cheese melt, then transfer to a plate. Repeat with the second batch of eggs and cheese. - To make sandwiches, generously spread all 4 waffles with the sweet and spicy sauce. Top one waffle with 2 fried eggs and two slices of sausage. Top with a second waffle. To make a second sandwich, top with the fried eggs and sausage on another waffle and top with the remaining waffle. Cut in half and serve.
