Ingredients:

  • 4.5 cups crumbled turkey stuffing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil to grease the waffle iron
  • Leftover turkey slices, gravy and cranberry sauce, for serving
  • Special equipment: waffle iron (preferably for Belgian waffles)
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the waffle iron to medium-high heat. Generously grease the top and bottom of the waffle iron with vegetable oil.
  • Step 2
  • Waffles made from bread stuffing:

Mix bread filling, parsley, and eggs. Evenly and tightly fill each waffle iron section with the filling. Close the lid and cook until golden brown and the waffles can be easily removed from the iron, 4-6 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Meanwhile, heat the gravy in a small saucepan. Once the waffles are done, top with the turkey slices and close the waffle iron. Cook until the turkey is heated through, 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Divide waffles among 4 plates and top each serving with gravy and cranberry sauce.
