Recipes with similar ingredients: ciabatta bread, ham, capicola, sopressata, romaine lettuce, wine vinegar, aioli sauce
Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add canola oil. Cut the ciabatta in half and toast it in the pan until lightly browned on both sides, about 1 minute per side.
- Transfer the bun to a cutting board. Spread aioli on both sides of the ciabatta. Begin layering the meats on the bottom half of the bun in the following order: ham, capicola, and soppressata. Add the tomato slices, season with salt and pepper, then add the pickled bell peppers.
- In a small bowl, combine the lettuce leaves with the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the lettuce on top of the bell pepper and top with the top half of the bun. Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!
Note
For this sandwich, buy the highest quality deli meats. It's best not to skimp on the ingredients, or you'll be disappointed with the taste.
