Salad with beans and crab sticks


How to Make - Bean and Crab Stick Salad

This salad consists of red beans, crab sticks, and eggs. This simple and delicious salad is perfect for a holiday table.


Ingredients:

  • Red beans in their own juice 320 – 340 grams
  • Crab sticks 110 – 130 grams
  • Boiled chicken eggs 5 pcs. approximately 300 - 310 grams
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greens to your taste
  • Garlic, ground pepper and salt
  • Quail eggs for decoration
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Peel and finely chop the crab sticks. Drain the beans. Peel and finely chop the eggs. Press the garlic through a garlic press or finely grate it. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Then dress everything with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped herbs. Garnish with quail eggs.
    To make the salad even more delicious, you can add cheese and croutons.
