- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Prepare the potato balls according to package directions. Reduce the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and lightly spray a 22cm (9.5in) baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon in a small skillet over medium heat, turning once, until crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, then slice.
- Place the potato balls in the prepared pan, pressing lightly. Top with cheese and bacon. Bake for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Meanwhile, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Sriracha sauce. Drizzle the casserole with the spicy mayonnaise and sprinkle with chives.
