We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Bake potato balls according to package directions; let cool slightly.
  • Step 2
  • Spread 0.5 teaspoon of mustard on each slice of ham and sprinkle with 1 heaping teaspoon of finely chopped pickled cucumber on top.

Top with a slice of Swiss cheese and cut lengthwise into 2cm wide strips. Wrap each potato ball with one of the resulting strips and secure with a toothpick.
  • Step 3
  • Position the oven rack 15 cm from the top grill; preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat the baking sheet with oil.

Place the ham-wrapped potato balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake until the ham is crispy around the edges and the cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
