To make breakfast quicker, use store-bought pastry. Spread the filling on top and bake in the oven.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Spoon the dough into a 9-inch (22 cm) pie pan to form the crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese and top with the ham and tomatoes. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the pie crust and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
