This quick and delicious wrap includes all the traditional components of a hearty breakfast: flatbread, fried eggs, spinach, cheese, and ham. Everything is prepared in one pan in a jiffy. Simply roll up the finished flatbread and enjoy, drizzled with your favorite hot sauce.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 whole grain wheat tortilla, 20cm in diameter.
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup loosely packed baby spinach
- 2 slices of yellow cheese
- 2 thin slices of ham

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine the eggs in a small bowl with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and whisk until smooth.
In a medium nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and swirl the pan to coat the bottom. Working quickly, dip the tortilla in the egg mixture, then flip it over and return it to the skillet (both sides should be coated). Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. - Continue cooking until the egg is completely set on the bottom, 1-2 minutes. Slide a large silicone spatula under the tortilla and flip it over in one motion. Arrange the spinach on the half of the tortilla closest to you, then top with the cheese and ham. Continue cooking until the egg is set and golden brown on the bottom, another 1 minute. Remove from heat and transfer the tortilla to a plate.
- Starting with the filling side, roll the tortilla into a tight roll. Place it seam-side down to prevent the wrap from unraveling. Cut in half crosswise and serve.
