The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp. l. mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 4 chicken breast fillets weighing 140 g each.
  • Coarse salt
  • 4 large thin slices Emmentaler or Swiss cheese (about 100 g)
  • 8 thin slices of ham (about 100 g)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mustard and mascarpone. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to grill mode.

  3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and continue heating for 1 minute. Sprinkle the chicken breasts evenly with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Turn the chicken over and continue cooking until fully cooked through, about 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Place half a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Place 2 slices of ham on top of the cheese on each breast.
  6. Spread the mustard sauce evenly over the ham and top with the remaining cheese slices. Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
