A recipe for Indian naan bread stuffed with cheese, ginger and green onions.

Naan is a flatbread from Indian cuisine, made from unleavened wheat dough and stuffed with various fillings.

2 pieces naan bread (or any other flatbread) cut in half. Mix 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 teaspoon grated peeled ginger, 1 chopped green onion, and a pinch of salt. Place the mixture between the naan halves.

In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of butter. Add a large pinch curry powder, then place the stuffed naan breads on top. Fry for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Cut in half.
