Grilled Garlic Flatbread

How to Make - Grilled Garlic Flatbread
Time: 30 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 4

Instead of regular bread, serve fresh, flavorful grilled garlic bread. It's quick to make with store-bought pizza dough. Simply stretch it into a circle and grill, brushing it with fragrant olive oil infused with garlic and oregano. A little red pepper flakes will add an even more piquant flavor. Immediately sprinkle the hot bread with finely grated Parmesan cheese for a cheesy crust. Slice and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 450 g pizza dough
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • Grated Parmesan
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
