You can easily make delicious sesame-flavored pizza dough using store-bought pizza dough. Simply roll the dough in sesame seeds, form into flatbreads, and grill in the oven. To ensure a crispy crust, place the dough on a preheated baking sheet.


Ingredients:

  • 450 g chilled pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to broil mode, placing a baking sheet under the heating element. Divide 450 g of chilled pizza dough into 4 pieces, brush with olive oil, and season with salt.
  • Step 2
  • Roll the dough balls in 1/4 cup sesame seeds. Stretch the dough into thin rounds and grill, two at a time, on a hot baking sheet until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Serve with plain Greek yogurt mixed with harissa and olive oil.
