They're delicious, fluffy, and lightly flavored with chili oil, and they're ready in less than half an hour. So, without any hassle, you'll have golden-brown homemade buns that you can serve with tea, with soup instead of bread, or take on the go as a snack.

Recipe:


Roll out on a greased baking sheet pizza dough weighing 400 g. Brush with sesame oil, then sprinkle with 3 chopped green onions and 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds; press into the dough and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with 2 tsp. chili oilRoll the short end into a roll and cut into 8 circles. Place the rolls cut-side up and press gently. Bake at 200°C until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
