To make these vitushki, you'll need just five ingredients: store-bought dough, frozen spinach, cheese, mustard, and green onions. Defrost the spinach first and squeeze out the excess water. Spread all the filling ingredients on a sheet of dough, then roll it up and cut into vitushki. Bake them in the oven and serve warm as appetizers to enjoy the gooey cheese.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Using one 220g tube of croissant dough, form a 20x30cm rectangle. Press the perforations together to form a continuous sheet of dough. Brush the dough slightly from the edges with Dijon mustard, then top with 0.5 cups each of thawed chopped spinach (squeeze out the excess water), grated cheddar, and 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions. Season with salt.
- Roll the dough into a log along the short side; pinch the edge. Cut into 8 circles. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 175°C for 16-20 minutes.
