These rolls are made with store-bought croissant dough, topped with a layer of spinach, grated sharp cheddar, green onions, and bits of baked red pepper flakes for a splash of festive color—all the ingredients in the classic Christmas colors. Ingredients for the recipe:

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 package (280g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed out
- 110 g sharp cheddar, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (about 4 green onions)
- 1/4 cup roasted sweet peppers, diced (about 1)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C and line a 32x45cm baking sheet with parchment paper.
