This thick egg salad with ham and hot pickled peppers is perfect for making hearty sandwiches. Before assembling the sandwiches, let the salad sit in the refrigerator to firm up slightly and prevent it from becoming runny. Serve it on toast, top with some red onion, a lettuce leaf, and a slice of tomato. It's incredibly juicy and delicious.
