A simple and quick recipe for a delicious pasta salad. Boiled pasta is topped with sliced ham, bell peppers, and red onions, and dressed with a delicate creamy sauce made with mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, and chives, along with a squeeze of lemon juice. To prevent the salad from turning into mush, rinse the cooked pasta thoroughly under cold running water before tossing with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately as an appetizer or as a side dish.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 220 g of pasta
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 1.5 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 bell peppers, preferably 1 red and 1 yellow, chopped

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, sour cream, chives, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a little black pepper.
- Place the pasta in boiling water and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool; transfer to a bowl with the dressing.
- Add the ham, onion, and bell pepper to the pasta and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste. This pasta salad is best served immediately.
