Hashbrowns, a popular breakfast potato pancake, can also be fried in an electric waffle iron. This will make them even crispier, and it's easier to make hashbrowns with fillings in a waffle iron than in a frying pan. For the hashbrowns, you'll need grated potatoes. You can buy pre-made frozen ones, or grate them yourself using a coarse grater. For the filling, use grated cheese and ham—a classic, delicious breakfast. Fry the hashbrowns as described in the recipe, enjoy these crispy, flavorful waffles, and you're sure to return to them again and again.
