  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups premium wheat flour
  • A little vegetable oil
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Mix the eggs, salt, and sugar thoroughly. Pour in 1 cup of milk. Stir in the flour until you have a thick dough. Add a little vegetable oil to the mixture. Pour a portion of the dough into a hot, oiled frying pan. Fry until golden brown on one side, then flip and brown the other side.
