- Preheat waffle iron to medium heat according to manufacturer's instructions. Step 2
- Sprinkle cheese over 1 tortilla, add salsa, and top with a second tortilla. Spray a waffle iron with cooking spray. Place the quesadilla in the waffle iron, close the lid, and cook until the cheese is melted, 2–3 minutes. Slice and serve.
