A traditional Mexican dish, spicy sausages in unleavened tortillas are a great addition to any country or dacha picnic.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr. spicy sausages
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 (25cm) tortillas
- 1 tbsp. (115 g) grated cheese
- Salsa and sour cream for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a well-heated frying pan, fry the sliced sausages and onions until golden brown. Add barbecue sauce and mix. Lay 2 tortillas on a flat surface. Top each with 1/2 cup of cheese. Divide the sausage mixture between the tortillas. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of cheese. Cover with the remaining tortillas.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil (to coat the bottom of the pan). Fry the quesadillas, one at a time, on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cut into segments and serve with sour cream and salsa.
